From day one the entire staff was kind and welcoming and extremely friendly. I am newish to Boston but the other building I lived in was no where near as friendly and welcoming. The Smith is exceptionally clean as well.

After six months of living at The Smith, I’m finally settled in and really proud to call it my home! Honestly, it’s been such a great experience so far. Life here is just way easier. It’s super convenient having a gym, coworking spaces, and a free coffee machine just steps from my apartment. I can get so much done without even leaving the building! The amenities are awesome, and there’s a real sense of community here. Whether I’m having a chill night or a productive day at the coworking space, I... always feel comfortable and relaxed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to live, and I’m excited to stick around!
