The Smith is perfect for me…it’s home! I like things kept up, as far as the grounds, gym, pool and cleanliness is very, very important! I have left other buildings because they were not kept up, which was sad…we pay for this beautiful building
and appreciate the amenities…thank you!

The Smith is excellent, we are only leaving because we moved to another state. The only issue is we had to break our lease early and they were not flexible with letting us buy out the lease—we had to pay the remainder of our rent. The floors are a bit thin so we could hear the people above us. Other than that, the community is great, loved the amenities.

This is a beautiful building with wonderful amenities. I've never lived in an apt building before, and thanks to a lot of light and a rare private balcony, I am loving it! With just one week in, I am in awe of the features The Smith thought to include when designing this building.
