Great amenities with slight city and neighbor noise. Staff has been mostly helpful and friendly so overall I recommend this place if you can afford the high rent

We appreciate your comments regarding the garage marketing and will take them into consideration as we evaluate opportunities for improvement. We also wanted to mention that our community does feature an outdoor double-sided fireplace and a poolside pergola for shade and gathering space. Our team or the concierges are happy to show you where they are located. We always welcome resident suggestions for additional enhancements. Regarding the amenities, we understand your concerns about items showing their age. We are excited to share that new indoor amenity furnishings are being delivered this week after experiencing some unexpected delays. Additionally, our outdoor pool and third-floor terrace furniture were replaced just last year.

Easy access to the T and bus lines in a very walkable area. Having a gym in the building is super convenient, the concierge staff are always helpful, and I love the big windows in my apartment- it doesn't feel claustrophobic on days when the weather is icky and I don't want to go outside.

Best apartment in Boston!
The price is fair, the environment is fabulous, the gym is top quality, and the location is perfect.
You get to enjoy nature and still reach downtown within 15 minutes by public transportation or on foot.
