Seeking preferred female housemate for top two floors of two family house, 7 minute walk to Porter Sq T. And close to Davis Sq.

Main floor has LR, DR, eat in kitchen, 1 bedroom, full shared bath and heated sun porch. Also yellow, wide board pine... floors and a piano. Top floor has 2 BR and full bath and small attic for storage. Yard has a deck, gas grill, outdoor fireplace and shed for bikes.

Tall trees on three sides of house. Wifi, Cable, and all utilities are included. Available January or February

Room is furnished.
