Sunny place with a great yard and good community!

We have 1 – 2 rooms available in a 1st floor, 3-bedroom apartment in Jamaica Plain, 5 minutes from the Orange Line, Southwest Corridor, and Franklin Park. Kitchen (recently renovated with induction... stove and dishwasher), bathroom and 2 common rooms are shared with an easygoing single man in the unit. He is open to sharing with men, women, or couples. Laundry is shared with tenants on the other two floors of the house.

The space is available for short-term rental through at least June, possibly through August.
