Average size Bedroom (unfurnished) for rent in (4 bd/ 2 bath) Brookline vicinity of Packard's Corner on the B-Line. Walking distance to Coolidge Corner as well. Star Market supermarket and many restaurants, cafes & shops close by. The roommates... are 2 male working professional and 1 BU grad student. We are generally quiet, tidy and respectful of other's privacy. All non-smokers in a non-smoking household.Other photos besides the room shown are 2 bathrooms (1 w/Skylight), Large eat-in Kitchen, Deck outside kitchen with room for a grill and Living Room. Washer/Dryer is in the unit. (not shown in photos)The 4 bedrooms are divided on the 2nd & 3rd floor of a Victorian house with character. Landlord lives on the ground floor. We have our own private door and access.
Utilities are not included. Could amount to $150-$200/person depending on season & usage (Cable/Internet, Electric, Gas/Heat - Shared equally between occupants regardless of usage). The lease period is from Jan 1st 2025 through Aug 31st 2025 and option to renew if staying on. Parking on lot directly behind requires rental through Hamilton Realty Co.
