Other tenants are rude, walls are thin, management practices double standards when dealing with complaints such as noise, there is a mentality of “rather than fix something, remove it altogether” when it comes to items in common areas. Overall I don’t recommend living here, for the price you can do better in a better part of town.

Nice place to live with the amenties and easy commute. Though B line sucks but that is more an MBTA problem than this building's.

It is expensive. But if you don't have a car then you can justify it to yourself to stay here. It is too expensive for someone with a car. The car garage is mostly empty considering the number of apartments.
