Chroma has given my husband and I the best possible experiences we have ever had in our 25 years together. We couldn’t be more happy living here. Everyone has been so wonderful from our first experience to now a year and a half later. Thank you so much for the wonderful community and outstanding home!

it's great so far. I'm submitting a longer review so that I can earn the points that are being offered to me on the app that I use for getting points for living here. It genuinely is very nice, don't let this rating undercut that it is nice, but unfortunately the comment must apparently be so long in order to receive the points that are offered on the app that the apartment complex uses to reward its residents with nice little things. I don't even mind, I just dislike writing long reviews.

For almost nine years I have resided i this community. I have had the opportunity to meet many of the building staff over the years. The maintenance team continues to be a valuable resource to the enjoyable conditions I have experienced.

We enjoy living in chroma. The building is well maintained and we feel safe. When something is broken down, our maintenance request will be met within a few days

We just moved in a week ago and it has been wonderful. I love everything about this home. Everyone has been so welcoming. My kitties love the windows and space to play. We love having no stairs (I use a cane).
