Looking for a new home in Boston? We're excited to announce an opening for a new tenant in our spacious apartment located in Allston. This opportunity is perfect for students or young professionals looking for a comfortable living space in a prime... location.
The available room is one of the larger bedrooms in the apartment. It features ample storage options, including a closet with a hanger rack and a ledge spanning half the room's perimeter for additional storage. The room is equipped with multiple electrical outlets on opposite walls, allowing for flexible furniture arrangements. It also has its own heating and A/C unit, ensuring personalized climate control.
The apartment is currently home to three male tenants aged 22-24, all students at nearby universities. We're looking for a new roommate to join us from March 1, 2025, until August 31, 2025 (the end of the current lease). There's an option to renew the lease with the current tenants if desired.
Our location is incredibly convenient, just a two-minute walk from the Allston Street Green B-line subway stop, providing easy access to Boston College, Boston University, and Northeastern University. We're also a short walk from various amenities, including a convenience store (just a minute's walk away!), grocery stores, restaurants, barbershops, and fitness centers.
The apartment includes shared laundry facilities, and utilities are straightforward - water is managed through the property manager's portal, and Wi-Fi is paid separately.
