I've enjoyed the several years I've lived at Caldwell, especially being close to the water. Management and residents are friendly. There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance, and plenty of public transportation.

parking should be a little leas expensive so people can park at their residence... you have alot of tenants on subsidized or affordable housing and the price youre asking for alot of tenants cannot afford. maybe consider lowering the current price so some of us can park here! thank you!

Nice amenities. Common areas are kept clean and maintained. The building does a good job of communicating things like scheduled maintenance, fire alarm tests, etc... It checked all my boxes and I'm happy with my choice to rent at the Caldwell.

I just needed a place to live that fit all my personal needs as I went through a divorce. Caldwell has checked all my boxes. It's kept clean and maintained well. Appliances work well. I've had no issues here.
