Jade - has felt like home!

We’ve had such a great experience living at Jade Apartments. Chino and Priscilla have both been absolutely amazing - they’ve genuinely gone above and beyond to make sure everything has been smooth and comfortable, and we’ve always felt really well looked after and welcome.
Well... the entire staff in the building has been consistently helpful, friendly, and professional. It really makes a difference day to day.
The facilities are great and we're already looking forward to summer and the pool... opening again. On top of that, the community here has been wonderful. The residents are respectful, considerate, and contribute to a really positive living environment.
Overall, it’s been a really enjoyable place to call home, and I’m very grateful for the experience. Thank you so much!

Happy to Call Jade Home

I moved into Jade Everett Apartments on May 12, and after living here for quite some time, I can confidently say it has been a wonderful experience. The building truly has the feeling of a brand-new luxury community — everything is beautifully designed, modern, and very well maintained. It’s a special feeling to live somewhere where every detail feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully curated.
During my time here, I also transferred from one apartment to another within the building, and the process... was incredibly smooth. The team made the entire transition seamless and stress-free, which I really appreciated.
A special thank you to an amazing team Priscilla, Erin, and Chino for their professionalism, support, and warm approach. They consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and valued.
Living at Jade feels like being part of a well-run, welcoming community, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a modern luxury apartment near Boston.

Chino and Priscilla have been great to work with. They’re friendly, approachable, and always helpful whenever I reach out. You can tell they’re very knowledgeable about the property and they actually follow through on things, which makes a big difference. It’s refreshing to have managers who are both professional and genuinely nice to interact with. Overall, a really good experience with the management team here.

Jade is a great apartment, the management was great, very helpful. Great environment, great community amenities. However some improvements can be done on regulations and putting up signs in the garbage room.
