👋 About Us:
We’re are — a PhD student (BU) and a postdoc (MIT), looking for two summer sublets. We work hard during the week but enjoy cooking, occasional hangouts on the balcony, board games, or rock climbing on weekends. The building has three units total, all quiet and respectful working professionals, and we sometimes BBQ together in the summer.
Our landlords, John and Steve, are super kind and responsive.

💰 Rent: $1350/month (each room) + utilities (heat, electricity, internet)
✨ No broker fee!

If this sounds like a good fit, send us a message with a bit about yourself and your contact info!
Looking forward to hearing from you 🙂
