I've lived at The Harlo for 5 years, and I can confidently say it’s the best!
Manny at the concierge has made everyone feel welcome—his kindness and professionalism set the tone for the entire building. The maintenance team goes above and beyond, and Sobner is seriously the best! This kind of dedication is rare.
It’s clear that the management has built a strong, resident-first culture here. If you’re looking for a place where you feel valued, taken care of, and truly at home, The Harlo is it!

The building is well-kept and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is nice, but it can get crowded at times. On some days, the street noise can be a bit loud. There are great events and activities planned throughout the year; however, those who work late may miss out on them. For wine lovers, there is always a wine night event, although I remember that the choices used to be better. Sometimes, events change at the last minute without notice. There is a basement parking... garage, but the fees are the highest compared to other properties in the area. Overall, Harlo is a great place to live; the tenants are quiet and respectful. The management is actively involved and constantly working toward improvements.

staff is wonderful, amenities are wonderful, maintenance is wonderful. units could be a bit bigger for the price, but unfortunately seems to generally fit other price points in the area. location is great.
