Excellent management from Bozzuto as usual

My apartment searching, move-in and living experience with the Harlo has been nothing less than pleasant.
1. Management office is always responsive
2. The building is clean and new
3. The maintenance team is helpful and friendly
4. The receptionists are very friendly
5. Excellent location at a reasonable price (but be aware it is in a busy area).
There was a little bit hick up during my move-in but the management team did their best to resolve issues quickly.
Some things to improve:
1. Too... many treadmills and cycling machines in the gym that nobody use. Would be nice just to have empty space, or other essential equipment such as leg-press.
2. The music in the office/study area can be turned off (or turned down) during evening time.

1.) Treadmills are being replaced today with brand new machines, (3 instead of 4) and the rowing machine will be moved to the... existing treadmill area to free up that space.
2.) If you are in the study and the music is bothering you, please let the concierge know and they can help turn it down. We are working on upgrading our wall panels so this is easier for residents to do on their own.

We’ve absolutely loved living at The Harlo! The amenities are top-notch, from the well-equipped fitness center to stylish common areas that make working from home or relaxing with friends and family a breeze. The community events are a fantastic bonus—whether it’s a social gathering or a fun activity, they really help foster a sense of connection among residents.
