Summer Sublet in Cambridgeport

One room in a lovely, sunny three-bedroom apartment is available in Cambridgeport for July and August. Potential opportunity to resign in Sept.

Located right near the BU Bridge, the apartment is in a nice neighborhood, and pretty convenient to much... of the city as well as BU, Harvard, and MIT.

About the housemates: we are two women in our early 30s. We enjoy being social, but can also do our own thing, and we work both from home and from the office. Looking for someone who is LGBTQ friendly, and will enjoy keeping a homey living space and the occasional pancake breakfast or dinner.

The common areas in the apartment are quite spacious and there is a backyard with a deck. The apartment also has central AC and a shared basement for a little extra storage (dirt floors). We have one parking spot for our apartment and street parking is easily available with a sticker. Sadly, no pets allowed per our lease.
