1 bedroom available for summer sublet near Fenway/Brookline!

I am a recent BU masters graduate student looking to find a female... sublet for the summer (June -August). The other 3 apartment-mates are female young professionals. A young professional or graduate student is preferred, but any clean, responsible and considerate person is a good candidate.

The room is a spacious bedroom containing a walk-in closet and lots of sunlight. It comes furnished with a bed and desk. The rest of the apartment has a spacious kitchen, a large furnished living room, and 2 bathrooms. Washer/dryer is downstairs and street parking is available. We also have a private shared patio/deck that is perfect for enjoying outside in nice weather.

This is a great location, minutes away from the C and D green lines, 47/CTC bus stop, M2 shuttle, and BU or Longwood campuses. It's also walking distance to Target, Star Market, Whole Foods, REI and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops.
