Spring/Summer Sublet - 3-Bedroom Renovated Brighton Apartment (Subletting 1 bedroom)

Hi! I am a BU law student studying abroad spring 2024 and I am looking for someone to take over my lease. The dates would be roughly January 2025 - May 2025 (flexible start and end dates; I am leaving the apartment in December 2024 and the lease ends... August 2025). The apartment is in the NOVA Brighton complex (1505 Commonwealth Ave). It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. You would have two roommates, both women in their early/mid-twenties, one is a current law student and one just graduated. There is also a puppy in the apartment (very friendly and cute). I am looking for a woman who’s preferably a young professional or a grad student!
Information about the apartment: extremely accessible to the T (2 minute walk to the green line B), in unit washer and dryer, apartment gym, lobby space in the apartment, paid parking available.
Rent is $1,280 a month total (including utilities and internet).
Please reach out if you are interested or have any questions! I am happy to show you the inside of the apartment either in person or via FaceTime!
