Spacious/sunny top floor apt + full private bathroom

Clean, sunny top floor (3rd floor) apartment on the border of Brighton and Brookline. Whole Foods, CVS, gym, and laundromat are all 5 minutes away. Very easy access to the T: 5 minutes to the B line, 10 minutes to the C line, and 15 minutes to the D... line. We are looking to fill an empty room as our current third roommate is moving out of town. In addition to the bedroom, you will get your own full bathroom. There is a parking lot behind the building with spaces available to rent, along with permitted street parking. Unfortunately there's no in-unit or in-building laundry but the Found Sock laundromat is a 5 minute walk away (they take credit/debit), and there is also a laundry room that our building has access to in a different apartment building (coin op).

About Us:
We are two recent grads (2F) who both work 9-5 jobs. We're both fairly social and active, and we have people over from time to time. We also occasionally throw parties, but always with prior permission/warning. We both keep common areas clean, including the kitchen, living room, and dining room areas. One of us is a night owl but always makes sure to be quiet and respectful of the others.
