Spacious Chestnut Hill Room with Great Roommates & Green Line Access

I’m wrapping up my graduate studies and looking for someone to sublet my apartment in Chestnut Hill! I’ve really loved living here, but I’ll be moving for work.

You’d be sharing the space with two other graduate students. They’re both amazing, chill...
girls who are super neat, keep the common areas tidy, and love exploring Boston together.

The apartment itself is spacious and in a lovely neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from The Street at Chestnut Hill shopping center and the Chestnut Hill Reservoir (perfect for morning or evening walks!). The unit has its own washer and dryer, and there’s off-street parking available.

The bedroom overlooks the balcony and is very spacious. It comes with a desk, chair, lamps, and bookshelves. My mattress, box spring, and dresser are available for purchase if you need!

Another perk: the Green Line D is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Rent is $1,225 a month, plus monthly utilities.

I know this apartment will serve you just as well as it’s served me, and I trust your time in Boston will be wonderful😊
