South End Apartment - Open Bedroom in 2 BR/1BA

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to fill the second bedroom of my 2 bed/1 bath apartment in a great South End location on Shawmut Ave. The room is available for a new lease term starting September 1, 2025. You’d be sharing a space with me and my... friendly and fun loving golden retriever, Fin. I’m a 32 year old male who works from home, so spend a fair amount of time around the apartment. I’m ideally looking for a clean and respectful roommate who’s okay living with a dog.

Rent is $1,500/month plus shared utilities. The room is cozy and perfect for a working professional or grad student looking to live in the city. It comes with a queen bed/bed frame if you’d like to use, or can be left unfurnished if preferred.

The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, including a shared living/dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. The common area features vaulted ceilings with skylights, which bring in tons of natural light and make the space feel bright and open. It’s just a short walk to restaurants, public transit, and BMC.
