My roommates and I are currently looking for a third roommate (for Sep 1st ) to replace our me as I'll be moving abroad in the summer! However we're looking for someone to sign before May 3rd (which is our deadline in renew)....


Application process is easy. You will just need to fill the application with the property manager and pay a one time $250 fee for a new lease. (No broker fee, security, first/last month needed!) and you will start paying rent when you move in September.

We are Muslim girls looking to renew our lease for our current place and require a third roommate in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom space in Allston 🏡✨ we also have a patio/balcony space for summer hang outs ☀️

Rent is $1225 per person per month , with heating and water included. ♨️💦
We pay and split between us electricity, internet and gas stove/oven bills (WiFi- $16.6 each and gas/electric varies but averages to $50 total).
Washer and drier is accessible within the building 🧺

There are many halal restaurants by us, and many bubble tea places as we’re located right by k-town! 🧋🌯

We are close to the green line, within 5 min walking distance to Boston university. 🚇
A 15-20 min bus ride to MIT (via bus 64) and Harvard square ( bus 66).🚌

The area is very safe as there are many students living here.
We are seeking to renew our lease for September 1st 2025 for one year.

And we are interested in all post graduate students and professionals to join (as our building restricts undergrads from residing. However, they would allow undergrads if they were a US citizen and could provide a guarantor with their application).
