Second floor apartment: Subletting

Looking to sublet my apartment until September. I am moving out sometime between May 20th-June 30th, willing to negotiate. The lease runs until August 31st 2025, with no option to renew. Queer people preferred but negotiable.

Rent: 1133$, with... utilities ~50$.

Location: Litchfield Street (Lower Allston), 15 mins walk from the 57, 8 mins walk from Boston Landing, 15 mins bike ride to BU Central.

- The top floor of a three story building
- 3bd1ba, you would be getting the largest bedroom. It has a very large closet. Fits a queen size bed + a big desk, with plenty of space left over.
- The living room is used mostly as a crafts room, but we also routinely watch movies in the TV.
- Laundry in unit
- Dishwasher
- We are currently following a chore chart for tasks around the house, and are communicative when it comes to keeping up with things, and willing to adapt as necessary.
- I can share pictures, and I am also willing to part with some/all of my furniture.

Roommates: Alexander (he/him), Wren (they/them) are second year grad students in Simmons.
