BROOKLINE ROOM AVAILABLE FOR SUMMER SUBLET

Located a 7 minute walk away from the D line, our apartment is positioned in one of the most charming and calm neighborhoods of Brookline. We are a 10 minute walk to Coolidge corner, and a 20-25 minute walk... to the BU campus. Location-wise, this is a great find!

I am a BU grad student, and I will be away for the summer, so I'm looking to sublet my room from May - mid August. The rent is $1450 and it includes heating, gas, electricity, wifi, water etc. The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, a living room, TV, fridge, washer and drier, oven and microwave. It is very comfortable.

You'll be sharing the space with my two roommates. We are all grad students at BU. We like to hang out in the living room and chat, and we enjoy walking around Boston. We try to keep our apartment clean! One of the roommates will also be gone during the summer, so you'll have your own bathroom as well!

If you're looking for a more long-term rental, it is possible that we could extend your lease into the fall as well, although the details need to be worked out in a case-by-case basis.
