Helpful management. Been here only a few months but they’ve been very helpful and maintenance is fairly fast. The amenities are also pretty good. Personally rooms are a bit on the smaller side but I’m not sure if that’s just how Seattle rooms are.

The process was very smooth, from application to approval. I love the community, its amenities, its proximity to the best places in SLU, and reasonable rent despite all of this.

Great community and location. Friendly neighbors, conveniently close to office, transport and public places like the South Lake Union and University.
