Private Room w/ bathroom in 3B/2B

Hello! I am looking for someone to fill my room in a wonderful 3B/2 bath apartment in Brighton. The room is huge, fits a queen/king bed comfortably, HAS ITS OWN BATHROOM, and a closet. It'll be available in February w/ an option to move at the end of... January - you would be signing a new lease from February - September with an option to renew it then.

-Common areas: porch, kitchen (with dishwasher), living room, den. Laundry is across the street.
-Roommates: Roommate A is an early 30s PhD student at BU who loves trivia and is very quiet. Roommate B is a late 20s law student at BU who spends the vast majority of his time studying or on campus. They are both fantastic people who love to bake (seriously, I come home to fresh bread or deserts numerous times a week).
-Landlord: The landlord lives downstairs in their own unit and is super responsive. Extremely nice person
-Location: About a 5 minute walk to St. Elizabeths, a 7 minute walk to the Sutherland Road Green Line, 3 different bus routes, 10 minute walk to Brighton Center

Ideally you are a mid-20s to early 30s, have verifiable income, are relatively quiet, don't smoke, enjoy Jeopardy, and do not have pets. If you are interested in a tour or meeting the roommates, please reach out to me here with a short description of yourself and I'll get back to you within 24 hours. The landlord will require first/last/security to move in.
