Its a female only apartment and the other two tenants are BU grad students. The whole townhouse-style apartment is 3b2.5b.
Rental Period: Starting May/1/2025 - Aug/31/2025 with option to renew for another 12 months .
Rent: $962/month (Heat/Hot water included) + 1/3 of total utility fee (different every month but on average: 100$ for Electricity, Internet and Rental Insurance combined) Required upfront: 1st month rent ($962) + last month partially paid rent ($250) + 150$ security + 200$ application fee (No Broker Fee).
Amenity: 24 hour front desk with guard in the lobby, elevator access, communal swimming pool (temporarily closed for renovations) . Laundry is in the unit.

Star Market grocery store 1-min walk away. (Single) Female grad student or professionals. No pets or ESAs please since the other tenant is severely allergic.

The apartment was renovated last year and the Bedroom (marked on the floorplan image) has a private door to a shared balcony with views of West Boston. Windows are West facing and open into the central pool area of the building away from traffic. However, there are renovations/construction going on in the west side of the building so the pool is closed for now.
