Single room on offer in a Dexter Park 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment. You will be in the biggest room, with it's own private half bathroom. There is a kitchen, dining room, and living room for everyone in the apartment. Amenities include personal... A/C and heating in room, dishwasher, garbage disposal, an espresso machine, a 65" 4k TV, a Nintendo Switch, blackout curtains, and all the furniture you see pictured in my room! I can also leave towels/sheets if necessary. My roommates are very chill and reasonable about timing. They will keep the apartment clean and you can host occasional social events too.

Other perks in building include a fitness room, a package center, 24/7 front desk security, leasing office for any questions, a community room you can rent out, in-building washer/dryers, and elevators. Parking and pets are available for an additional fee. Everything is included for $1,800 except WIFI which is just an additional $6.66 per month. This means no paying for electricity, water, heat, etc.

I am going abroad in the Spring, so I need someone to take over my lease. The starting date can be as early as December 21st or as late as late January. It's available to continue through into the summer too all the way til August 31st, 2026, which is our move out date. Roommates are two males, both who go to Boston University. One is a Junior aged 20, and the other is a Senior age 21. Male roommate highly preferred.
