This property is a first floor apartment. It holds 4 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen, and dining and living room spaces. The apartment complex hosts all students from BU. The maintenance person is very responsive by text or request on an app. The... trash disposal and laundry room are both located in the parking lot on the back side of the apartment complex. Parking spaces can be rented nearby. This apartment is walking distance to the the B, C, and D train lines but closest to Amory station. I have lived here for 3 years and it’s been a solid living experience. Two current tenants will be living here throughout the summer as well as an additional sublet.
