Private 1st floor room in Egmont Park apartment close to BU’s campus

This property is a first floor apartment. It holds 4 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen, and dining and living room spaces. All shared spaces will be fully furnished for the period of the sublet. The apartment complex hosts mainly students from BU. The... maintenance person is very responsive by text or request on an app. The trash disposal and laundry room are both located in the parking lot on the back side of the apartment complex. Parking spaces can be rented from the Egmont complex. This apartment is walking distance to the the B, C, and D train lines but closest to Amory station. I have lived here for 2.5 years and it’s been a solid living experience. There are 2 private bedrooms being listed for sublet (of 4 total - two tenants will be staying) beginning this winter until our lease ends at the end of august (I am only listing 1/2 here but the other is also listed on this site). We can refer you to our landlord if you wish to be added as a full tenant after the sublet period.
