Open Room in Dorchester

Roommate is leaving and looking for someone to take over their part of the lease (ends August 31, 2026). You would have 3 roommates (2 male 1 female), all in school until May. There is 1 small toy poodle that is hypoallergenic, but does not live well... with other dogs. We are on the second floor of a 3 floor apartment, currently no one lives above us as it is being renovated. We are hoping to find someone to take over our roommates part of the lease by January 2026.
