Room available 5/1, $2050/mo

I am looking for a roommate in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in North Cambridge / Davis Square. This is a 2-floor apartment, with plenty of living and work space. Building was a gut...
renovation 2 years ago, and we have been the only tenants during this time. Central AC and heating, gas stove, laundry in unit, free private parking included in the lease.

Apartment is a 7 min walk to Davis Square, with all the amenities you would need. Easy transit options for those working in Kendall Square, Tufts, Harvard, MIT, MGH, or downtown Boston. The unit is right next to the Somerville bike path and has plenty of protected bike lanes in the area.

A bit about me - I'm a Scientist at a biotech startup and moved to Boston 7 years ago for my PhD. I spend most of my time out working, being active, doing things around the city, or traveling. I'm generally laid back and keep the apartment relatively tidy. All backgrounds welcome!

Last month's rent and one month security deposits due upon signing. While the lease is month-to-month, I'm ideally looking for someone to stay through the summer or for the year/beyond.
