Looking for Roommate of the Apt on NEU, BU

Hi,

This is a 3b1b apt at NEU. I will live in one of the bedrooms from Aug2025, the other two bedroom are for rent. You can move in August (or earlier in July). The apt is on 5th floor, good view and quiet.

One bigger bedroom is $1120, the other... is $940, the water, gas, heating all included in rent. Only need to pay electricity fee and internet.

You can walk to NEU in 1 min!

Supermarket whole foods 5 min, start market 8 mins. 10 mins walk to Berklee.

The lease is flexible, 6 months at least.

Female only, the administration office require graduate student or people who worked. Not accept undergraduate student (sorry for that).

Laudary is in unit.
