Hamliton apartment

Hi, my name is JINGYI ZHANG. I’m graduating soon, and I’m helping my current roommate look for 2 new roommates to move in. The leasing date is from Sep 1, 2025 to Aug 31, 2026.

The apartment is conveniently located at 230 Babcock St., Brookline,... just outside Babcock Street station on the Green Line, across the street from Star Market, and close to Harvard Ave and Allston (many Asian restaurants and supermarkets)! Also, the apartment is on the 4th floor (with an elevator) and located in Brookline, which is relatively safer than other areas.

With water and heating included, the kitchen comes with a refrigerator, induction cooker, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, all quite new. There is also a laundry room in the building.

About rent: The total rent for all three roommates is $3650/month. We are renting out two bedrooms:

-- One larger bedroom for $1300/month

-- One smaller bedroom for $1250/month, which is also available for early move-in starting June 2025

WiFi and electricity are additional, but water and heating are included.
