Roommate needed or possible lease transfer for 2 bedroom +1 bathroom + large living room for right off of the Packard's corner green line in Allston for $1500/month ASAP (prorated partial October or November 1st move ins welcome). The bedroom to be... rented out is akin to a sizable studio with the addition of the shared living room space this is an excellent deal. Queen bed (only used minimally for guests), internet, and utilities included (plus a 40 inch TV if desired). Living room fully furnished, shared use with TV, record player, gaming consoles, piano, etc. included. City parking out front, building parking (billed monthly) behind the building. 1st floor, high ceilings and nice views. Laundry and trash disposal downstairs. I'm a clean, mature, and hard working 29 year old male professor at Berklee College of Music and BU Medical Center and would be staying in the 2nd bedroom (or if there was interest I would be open to transferring the entire lease at $3000).

Must join the lease (first month, last month, security deposit). The least goes until April 1 with the possibility of renewal. Grad students and working professionals only with at least 1 solid reference (2 would be ideal).
