Bathroom is shared with 1 roommate (the other roommates share the other bathroom). Rent includes all utilities (high speed 1200 Mbps Wi-Fi, electricity, heat, water) and weekly cleaning of the common areas (you would be responsible for your own room). In-unit washer and dryer. A little about the roommates: you would be sharing the apartment with grad students and professionals, living in a friendly, quiet setting.
