Perfectly located between Boston College and Boston University, this apartment is right next to the B Branch of the Green Line subway at Washington Street. The C branch of the Green Line is also a short walk away. Whole Foods, a large supermarket, is... across the street and there are several convenient stores, cafes and restaurants all within a few hundred meters of the apartment.

The apartment is fully furnished with two bedrooms, one single with a twin bed and one large single with a double bed. The apartment then has a kitchen, a bathroom and a dining area. Maximum occupancy is 2. Rent includes furnishings, heat, gas, hot and cold water, wifi internet, bed linens and towels. Electricity is set-up, but charged separately. The kitchen is fully equipped. All that is needed are personal belongings.

The apartment is available from May 1, 2025 for the Summer, Summer and Fall or Full Year.

There is a one-time Move-in Fee of $350. Rent is:
