Private furnished renovated 2-Bedroom Split Apartment from mid-June There are two bedrooms - one bedroom with one twin bed and another bedroom with a double bed plus a kitchen, dining area and bathroom. The maximum occupancy is two people. The... apartment is furnished, with the kitchen fully equipped, and includes towels, bed linens, internet, hot and cold water. Electricity is set-up, but charged separately. Heating and stove are electric. All that is needed for move-in are personal belongings.

The apartment is near to BU, Northeastern, the Colleges of the Fenway, the Longwood Medical Area. Bus 55 is around the corner and the Green Line is a short walk away. The neighborhood has a 7-Eleven and a large supermarket, in addition to many cafes and restaurants.

There is a one-time Move-in Fee of $350. Rent is 2800 per 4 weeks for a summer lease from mid-June to mid/late August.
