Female Roomate Wanted for Cozy Brighton Home
Looking for a responsible female roommate to share a 4-bedroom 2-bath house in Brighton. The open room is available now, 5 month commitment from April 1, through the end of August, with the option to renew.
A 10-minute walk from the Green Line... B-line (Warren St.) and a 3-minute walk from both the 57 Bus (Going to Kenmore or Watertown), and also the 86 Bus (Harvard). Great location for reaching downtown Boston as well as Cambridge without having to take Red Line from Park St.
5-minute walk to Brighton Center, featuring plenty of dining options, most major bank branches, etc.
7-Minute walk to CVS, 10-minute Walk to the new Stop and Shop in Allston Yards, 10 minutes to Star Market on the 57 bus, and one stop from Whole Foods on the Green Line.
Rent and Details:
Rent: $1,075 + WiFi ($16) + Electric (≈$60)
Move-In Costs First + Last Month Rent (Pro-rated if you move in before April 1st) Security Deposit: $575 Brokers Fee: $500 Total Move-In Cost: $3,225 Lease: Now until August 31st with the option to renew.
The room is on the second story of the house, which has a very homey feel to it. A great alternative to the usual Allston-style apartments in the same price range. In-house FREE and modern washer and dryer in the basement. Brand new fridge. Dishwasher was just replaced in October. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe.
The house is occupied by three women in their early to mid-twenties, all of whom have full-time jobs. One works as a research assistant at BWH, one a barista, and the other is doing a master's program while working at the hospital. All are very friendly and pleasant to live with. No problem with having guests over or staying the night. LGBTQ + 420 friendly.
Overall great place, posting as I am moving across the country for work.
No dogs, but could probably do a cat wink wink. Usually can park right in front of the house no problem.
Landlord is very professional, and responsive when needed but otherwise hands-off. One of the best I have had in Boston.
Please email or text me a bit about yourself (name, age, employment, school, and instagram if you have one) and we will set up a tour! I will not respond to any messages that do not include this. If the posting is still up the room is available.
I hope to speak with you soon!
