Hi,
This is a clean, safe and well-maintained 2B2B luxury apartment located right next to a park in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s very close to Boston University, Coolidge Corner, the Charles... River, the Green Line, bus stops, and many convenient stores and cafés. The living room has a balcony perfect for getting fresh air. The building also features a spacious laundry room, a gym, and a study area.



One of our housemates had to move out suddenly, so her fully furnished room (including mattress, bed frame, desk, mirror, lamp, and drawers -- almost new) you can get them for free!

We are all international students — friendly, respectful, and tidy. Two male roommates share one bedroom, which has its own private bathroom. I currently stay in the living room, and you’ll share the other bathroom with me (I’m a woman, clean and organized).


You can choose one of the following options:
* $1,500/month (utilities included) for single occupancy
* $750/month (per person) if two people want to share the room

Lease: The contract runs until August, but short-term stays are welcome.

Move-in: Available from December, but earlier move-in is also possible.
