My roommate and I have lived in it for the past 9 months so it has everything for cooking/cleaning/living. Looking to sublet entire apartment but could be open to one too, just send a message.
Dexter Park while more expensive has a security guard, a package room, good air conditioning in every room, a huge kitchen and living room, a fitness center with cardio and weight machines, and community rooms that you can use for free. Plus, this apartment is an amazing place to host friends in family. Our couch is also a pullout couch with a full mattress underneath so you can easily have friends over. Pets are also possible, but they are an extra $75 per month.
