We're seeking a responsible working individual (non-student) or Post-Docs to join our friendly household! Our charming three-bedroom house features a comfortable one-bedroom vacancy, perfect for someone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to... call home.

A single bedroom in a two-floor house. It has two windows and a closet. The house has multiple advantages:

1. It is located on a private road pretty close to the campus (just 15 15-minute walk to the BC campus)
2. It is super quiet and safe, with a beautiful yard and garden.
3. Super nice landlord who lives next door, which means there is no need to struggle with properties or brokers.
4. In-unit and free laundry.
5. Big basement for putting extra stuff.
6. Furnished living room to enjoy and have guests coming over.
7. Free parking next to the house.
8. Kitchen with dishwasher and almost all the equipment.

Current roommates are two PhD students from Boston College who are often away on campus, ensuring a peaceful and quiet living environment.
