Cheap 3rd Story Apt Near T Stop

2 Roommates (Bailey and David, both male) in a 3BR apartment seeking 1 new roommate to replace current graduating roommate. Both of us are fairly quiet and independent types. There is a cat in the apartment so must be able to live with cats (he is... very shy and well-behaved). Rent is $900/mo per roommate, utilities (gas, electricity, wifi) add ~$70/mo each. Coin-operated laundry machines in the basement. Street parking is free and no resident permit required, landlord also has off-street parking area available. Front door is ~500 feet from a Green Line (B) Stop. Can also walk to C or D line easily. Apartment has 1 full bathroom and another half-bath right next to it.

We have a deadline of 5/31 to re-sign the lease so please reach out ASAP if interested and we can organize more from there.
