Very nice apartment and amenities. Staff are great. I’m definitely worried about lease renewal time, though, and how much rent will increase. I do feel taken advantage of in terms of all of the costs - i.e. parking (we ended up paying for garage parking due to the limited spots, although we were initially excited about the idea of free surface parking) and water/sewer which I’ve never had to pay as a renter before and was much higher than I expected.

Ashlar park is a beautiful community to live in! It’s clean, has great amenities, and they put on great events. Parking is free and it is very safe.

Overall Ashlar Park has been a good experience. We have been here over a year and had some major hiccups with our apartment in the beginning. Thankfully since moving to the Woodlands building, things have been going more smoothly. We had issues with communication towards the beginning of our residency, but it does seem like it has improved. Overall we are satisfied with AP.
Side note: it is difficult to RSVP to events because they fill up fast. Resident parties are great though
