Allston Single Bedroom Apartment close to Griggs stop

We are subletting our single furnished bedroom in our Allston apartment! The room will come with a queen-sized bed, desk, dresser, and bedside table. A closet right outside the room is also available for use. We share one bathroom, and a... fully-furnished kitchen with communal pots and pans, dishes, full-sized fridge, and microwave.The living room is also communal with a couch and dining table.

We are looking for a female roommate preferred and preferably a BU student, who enjoys a clean and quiet environment.

Our apartment is located directly in front of the Griggs street stop on the B line, and a 5 minute walk to Harvard Ave and the 66 bus stop! The rent is $1350 total, and water and heat are included in the rent. There is laundry in-building, as well as a trash room.
