The apartment is located in a very calm and safe area with natural spots like a park and a reservoir nearby, also there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The unit was renovated recently so the appliances and finishings are new, the living room... is a very pleasant with a large TV and comunal area. The room available is very confortable and all roommates are international students that are very open with everybody. There is no keys necessary, both the front door and apartment door are opened with a code. Additionally the Laundry is free.
