LOOKING FOR 2 SUMMER SUBLETTERS (5/10/25 - 8/25/25 (dates negotiable))

Hi! My roommate Anya and I are grad students at BU and we are looking for 2 people to sublet our rooms for the summer. Both bedrooms will be available starting 5/10/25 until... around 8/25/25. This is a 3rd floor 2b/1br located in Fenway right next to the Fenway T stop. This apartment will be furnished for the summer (with the opportunity to buy select furniture from each room) and have the availability of kitchen appliances. There is laundry in the basement operated via an app.

Costs
Rent: $1,500 per person ($3,000 total)
Electricity: $20-40
Wifi: $45.95
Other fees: since the landlord requires subletters to submit an application, there is a $250 fee per subletter attached to that (splitting is negotiable)

Additional information
One bedroom has a queen bed while the other has a twin bed (with the ability to fit a full if you wanted to bring your own bed)
Both rooms have lots of storage space
No AC but you can install a window unit for an additional $40 to the landlord. Both rooms will have standing fans available
