3 Bed- looking for third roommate Apartments (Shared Housing)

My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate in a three bedroom apartment available July 1st 2025. We are two women aged 21 and 22, enrolled in Boston University's undergraduate and graduate programs, respectively. The lease is through August... 30th 2026. Subletting with written consent by the landlord is allowed. The lease type is both joint and individual.

The bedrooms are different sizes, but they all have wood floors and windows that let in nice light :). The living room/dining room/kitchen area is pretty open and spacious.

Just off of Beacon Street, it's extremely close to both the St. Mary's Street C line stop, and the Fenway D line stop. There's a ~10 minute walk to Boston University's Charles River Campus, Fenway Park, or Kenmore Square.

We very recently signed the lease and have not yet moved in, so we are asking whoever moves in with us to contribute to the upfront costs (first month, last month, security, broker's fee— $1,400 each, per fee). However, since these costs have already been paid to the landlord by us, contribution wouldn't need to be made immediately; it could be over time.
