This is a 2 bed/2 bath unit in 26 Hichborn, I am looking for a roommate for the 2025 year. We are close to the purple line, yellow line, and green line. Safe neighborhood, with good security surveillance in the building. It is a super nice, clean... apartment, great for students in the area! The building is non-smoking, allows cats/dogs, has a deck area and a grill, gym nearby at the New Balance stadium, great food and grocery shopping nearby, and is very new (built 2019). I am looking for a clean and respectable, preferably female and undergraduate, roommate who I can hopefully be friends with as well! I furnished the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and other common areas with super cute decor and all the appliances, so you would just have to furnish your room. Allston is super fun to live in and we're super close to all the great food and the roadrunner concert venue!
