Being right on the beach is something I never though I would have gotten in the city, plus my view is pretty unbeatable. Solid apartment

Awesome spot, the management company even did some upgrades to my unit. Also, we're getting a bigger fitness center this Summer that I'm super excited to use after my runs on the beach.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place is an absolute hellscape to live in. We’ve been here for 2 years and everyday has been a nightmare. Constant loud construction, so forget working from home or having any shred of silence during the day. The units look nice inside, but it’s like a flipped house. Looks nice, but very clearly took the cheapest of the cheap option. For example, I can scratch the paint off with my fingernail. Any small scrape and the wall underneath is exposed. The management and staff... literally couldn’t care less about their tenants considering almost half of the units are vacant at the time of this review. People are leaving here so fast and with good reason. Save your money and look elsewhere if you’re planning on living in Boston.

While this property looks nice in photographs, please be mindful that looks can be very deceiving. I lived here for two years, and it was an absolute nightmare. Akelius, the property management company, initiated its major construction effort
on the building two years ago, and there is still no end in sight. It is quite obvious that the work that they are doing should be completed while there are NO tenants living in the building because it is so disruptive. If you are planning on working from... home or expect to have any hint of silence during the standard workday, look somewhere else. The common areas are dumps. The hallways are unfinished with wires hanging down from the ceilings and holes in the floor. Management is extremely incompetent and difficult to work with. Collecting rent while the building is in its current state is highway robbery. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

When we moved in the building was STARTING construction and 2 years later they are not even half way done. Imagine loud hammering and drilling all day and it will be in your lease that you must comply with any changes/construction going on in the building. In addition, there are mice. I know all building typically have some mice but since the construction the mice are out of control. The management company doesn't bather to find the holes or source of the mice, instead they put weak little traps... that do nothing! Management is also exponentially increasing the rent due to the upgrades taking place. That being said, the apartments and amenities that are new are "pretty" but poorly built and things fall apart quickly.
Do not live here.
