1 Bedroom Available in Lovely 2 Bedroom JP Apartment

Hello!

A room is available to sublet in a beautiful, furnished 2 bedroom apartment in JP. The room is a great size with lots of storage and the apartment is light, bright, and spacious. Washer/dryer in basement for this unit only, with more storage...
options too. Kitchen is the highlight of the apartment with a dishwasher and access to the sweet backyard. The rent is $1700/month plus utilities, no broker fee. The apartment is on the first floor of a two story home near all the JP hot spots - Centre St, Jamaica Pond, Arboretum - and easy access to the Orange Line at Green St stop. Parking is on the street - free and always available.

Landlord is the most chill I’ve ever had and very responsive. The remaining roommate (she/they, 30s) is a social work researcher completing a postdoc in Boston who works both from home and the office throughout the week, plant lover, and dog mom of a geriatric shibu inu (who spends most of his time sleeping but when awake is v friendly, though not a cuddler). This has to be a cat free apartment because of allergies, and no additional pets please. You will be taking the room of another social work phd candidate (me!) who is moving in with her partner in Rhode Island. The lease ends August 31, 2025 and looking for someone who is interested in re-signing for the year then.

Hoping for someone who is kind, considerate, and has their own goings-on. The post says April 1st, but the room is available whenever we find a good fit! Dresser, mattress, bed frame, and standing air conditioner available for free with the room if you need them!

If you’re interested, please reach out with a little bit about yourself. Thanks so much!
