3 bedroom 1 bath apartment in 1139 Commonwealth Ave, Allston, MA 02134 -- very conveniently located for BU's campus. 2 bedrooms are being rented by a young professional and a graduate student, both female. We are looking for a female young... professional/student to rent the 3rd bedroom. We are happy to zoom with any potential roommates to answer questions and see if it would be a good fit!

Other specifics are: Furnished with a full bed, white desk, lamp, chair, and 4 cube console. 12 month lease, guarantor required unless making over $70 for more than 1 year. We only pay electric and wifi. There are washers and dryers in the basement.

Every floor of the building has a closet for tenant’s trash. The trash closets are emptied four times per week. Twice a week the entire building is vacuumed, the front entrance windows are washed, and the laundry room is thoroughly cleaned. All of the public space surrounding the building is cleaned morning and night. The building is well-secured, and a superintendent lives in the building. Building-related issues are addressed quickly.
