Sunny summer sublet for 1 bed in a 4 bed, third floor apartment in quiet Brighton neighborhood. Sublet runs from June 1 to August 30. Close to B and C green lines as well as 86 bus. Short walk to Star Market and Whole Foods. Room will be furnished... with a full size bed and small dresser, with other furniture up for negotiation with current occupant (window a/c also available to purchase). Option to enter into a year lease with the current tenants starting in September, pending their approval.

Female roommates and graduate students or professionals preferred; current tenants are all female and young professionals. Please note that the downstairs neighbors are sensitive to noise; this may not be the best apartment for professional or aspiring musicians wishing to practice at home.

Rent is all inclusive of utilities. First month rent and refundable security deposit due upon signing sublease. Room will be newly painted white in May. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in neighboring building.
