Summer Lease at Dexter Park

Hi! I am looking to sublease my fully furnished room for Summer! The location is great, super close to BU campus, as well as two T stations (C and B). This makes the commute anywhere super easy!
The entire apartment will be furnished, and you will... share the common areas with one 26-year-old girl who is currently working at Beth Israel. We like to keep the apartment clean and respect each other's space.
I am willing to sublease it for just part of the summer. I did lower the rent, and I will pay for all the amenities, so that's a great plus! The apartment complex included a gym and study areas.
